摘要
分析了动态热机械分析仪(DMA)的原理,介绍了DMA在含氟高分子材料测量领域的应用,在玻璃化转变温度测定、研究含氟聚合物的低温性能、耐热性、阻尼性能和材料相容性等方面都有着重要作用。认为开发研究DMA与其他分析仪器的联用技术,将DMA特长和功能与不同的仪器相结合,扩大分析范围,将成为热分析领域的趋势,为含氟高分子材料的研制和评测作出重要贡献。
The author analyzed the principle of dynamic thermal mechanical analyzer(DMA), introduced the application of DMA inmeasurement field of fluoropolymer mater ial. DMA showed a very important guiding significance in determination of glass transition temperature, the research of low-temperature performance, the heat resistance, the damping performance and the material compatibility performance etc of fluoropolymer. Development research on coupling technique of DMA and other analytical instruments could combine special features of DMA with different instruments then expand the analysis scope, which will become trend in the field of thermal analysis, and will make important contributions for development and evaluation of fluoropolymer materials.
