基于离心力场下Falcon分选机内流膜运动特性研究 被引量:5

Flowing film kinetic characteristics of the Falcon separator based on the centrifugal force field

摘要 通过流体力学理论和数值计算方法,研究了Falcon离心分选机内流膜运动特性,建立了反冲水孔与反冲水初始流速的关系模型.利用离心分选流体计算理论,建立了Falcon分选机分层区与分选区的流膜厚度计算模型,并分别利用反冲水作用下矿粒极限脉动高度和流膜表面波理论确定了流膜分选下限的计算方法,并进行实验验证.研究结果表明:分层区流膜厚度与给料速度成正比,与离心机转速、流膜高度位置成反比;分选区流膜厚度与反冲水压成正比,与转速成反比.Falcon离心分选的分选下限受到颗粒极限脉动高度和表面波的双重限制,分选下限与流膜厚度成正比,与分选的矿物密度成反比. Based on the theory of fluid mechanics and numerical calculation, the flowing film characteristics of the Falcon centrifugal separator were studied, and the relationship model be- tween backwash water hole and initial flow velocity was established. Using the theory of cen- trifugal separation fluid calculation, a model for calculating the flow film thickness of the Falcon separator was put forward, the method to compute the lower limit of particles by flowing film separation was respectively determined by the limit fluctuation height of particles under the action of the backwash water and surface wave theory, and the experimental verification was carried out. Research results show that film thickness in stratification zone was in direct proportion to inlet speed but inversely proportional to rotate speed and film height position, while in retention zone the film thickness is in proportion to backwash water pressure and in- versely proportional to rotate speed. The lower limit of Falcon separation is restricted by high- est pulse height of particles and surface waves, and it was in direct proportion to film thickness but inversely proportional to density of separated mineral.
