摘要
从国民的认识、经济基础、公共体育场地设施、体育社会组织、志愿服务以及法规制度六个方面,系统分析了推进基本公共体育服务均等化的现实基础,并指出我国目前所要达到的只能是较低标准的基本公共体育服务均等化,然后再根据经济社会发展水平的提高,循序渐进,逐步提高均等化标准,进而实现"人人共享,普遍受益"的较高标准的基本公共体育服务均等化。
From the aspects of the national understanding,economic base,public sports facilities,sports social organizations,volunteer service,as well as rules and regulations,the author systematically analyzed the reality basis of propelling the equalization of basic public sports services. The author indicates that we are striving for lower standards of the equalization of basic public sports services. Then according to the raising level of economic and social development situation,country will gradually improve the standards of the equalization of basic public sports services. Finally,higher standards of the equalization of basic public sports services which possess characteristics of ＂ everyone shared,universal benefit＂ will be achieved in our country.
