摘要
为了系统、客观地评估海洋平台的健康状况,将传统的层次分析法与模糊集理论相结合,对某在役海洋平台的结构健康状况进行评价,依据其结构特点创建了海洋平台评价指标体系并构造出相互关联指标之间的模糊判断矩阵,由此求出各指标权重,然后通过模糊综合评判计算出海洋平台健康状况分值,参照评语集得出海洋平台的状态评价等级。最后结合实例说明评判结果与实际情况相符,验证了该评估方法具有较强的可行性与合理性,方法计算简单、使用方便,具有推广价值。
In order to have a systematical and objective evaluation of offshore platform health,traditional analytic hierarchy process is combined with fuzzy set theory to evaluate the health of offshore platform.According to its structure characteristics,the assessment index system for offshore platform health was established.Fuzzy consistent judgment matrix was established between the different elements in order to determine the value of the index weight.According to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the mark of offshore platform health condition was determined,and based on which,the condition level of offshore platform health was obtained according to remark sets.Finally,with the example it shows that the assessment result was consistent with the actual situation,and proved that such method was of strong feasibility and rationality,and was simple to calculate and convenient to use,being worth of popularizing.
