摘要
利用时域图、峭度趋势波形图、峰值趋势波形图、频率图、自相关对低速重载轧机的故障机理进行了剖析,提出了综合利用时域图中自动判断冲击,再利用峭度趋势波形图和峰值趋势波形图确定故障隐患是否存在,最后用频率图和自相关共同确定故障位置的方法。阐述了如何在时域图中自动判断冲击,如何形成峭度趋势波形图、峰值趋势波形图以及怎么样利用频率图和自相关共同确定故障位置。所提出和研究的综合方法能够有效、快速、准确的判断和分析故障。
It analyzes the time-domain charts,kurtosis trend waveform,peak trend waveform,frequency chart,autocorrelation of low-speed rolling mill heavy-duty failure mechanism to propose comprehensive utilization of time domain chart automatically determine the impact and reuse steep trend of waveform and peak trend waveform to determine the existence of hidden faults.Finally,the method of the fault location is determined by the frequency chart and the auto correlation.Describes how to automotically determine the impact in the time domain,how to form the kurtosis trend waveform,peak trend waveform and how to use frequency diagram and autocorrelation jointly to determine the fault position.The integrated method is effective,fast and accurate.
