摘要
本文简要介绍了石油天然气工业硫化氢的一般检测方法,以及天然气和原油不同检测方法的标准应用。重点讲述了在线式硫化氢分析仪检测原理,快速采样系统和样品预处理系统的设计理念和工作方式,在线分析仪的组成和关键部件的功能作用,以及在某油田地面工程上的成功应用。由于在线分析仪在生产中能够实时反应工厂产品状况,及时调整控制参数,保证生产的稳定运行。在线分析仪在油田工程中的推广应用可优化资源利用,实现自动化产业升级,前景广阔。
A brief introduction of H2S analyzing method in oil and gas Industry, stating the different standard application of analyzing method in crude oil and natural gas situation. It summarizes the workmethod and system structure for online analyzer,the design concept and function for fast sampling and sample conditioning system, meanwhile, finallystates the successful application of oilfield surface engineering. Online analyzer can be timely feedback the production data, timely adjustment of the control parameter to ensure the stable operation. The application of online H2Sanalyzers in oilfield can optimize resource utilization and achieve industrial upgrading with a bright application prospect.
