2型糖尿病患者血浆Obestatin水平及其与动脉粥样硬化相关性研究 被引量:3

The Level of Plasma Obestatin and Its Relationship with Atherosclerosis in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients

摘要 目的观察2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆肥胖抑制素(obestatin)水平和颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT),探讨两者相关性。方法选取60例T2DM患者作为观察组,另取30例正常体检者作为对照组,检测血脂、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FPG)等临床指标,采用放射免疫分析法(RIA)检测血浆obestatin水平,彩色多普勒诊断仪测量IMT。结果观察组腰臀比(WHR)、体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)、FINS、FPG、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、IMT水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),obestatin水平低于对照组(P<0.05);血浆obestatin水平与WHR、BMI、TG、HOMA-IR、FINS和IMT呈负相关(P均<0.05),与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈正相关(P<0.05);多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄、BMI、SBP均为IMT增厚的危险因素,obestatin、HDL-C为保护因素。结论 T2DM患者血浆obestatin水平降低,obestatin与动脉粥样硬化相关。 Objective To observe plasma obestatin level in type II Diabetes mellitus(T2DM) patients and its relationship with Intima-media thickness(IM T).Methods Lipid,FINS,FPG and other biochemical markers were measured in sixty T2 DM patients and thirty healthy subjects.Patient plasma obestatin and IM T were also measured.Results WHR,BM I,SBP,TG,FINS,FPG,HOM A-IR and IMT level of observer group were significantly high than control group(P〈0.05),and obestatin level inobservation group were lower than that in control group(P〈0.05).Plasma obestatin level was negatively correlated with WHR,BMI,TG,HOM A-IR,FINS and IMT(P〈0.05),and was positively correlated with HDL-C(P〈0.05).Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that age,BM I and SBP were risk factors for IM T.Obestatin and HDL-C were protective factors.Conclusion Plasmaobestatin level is reducedand it might be related to atherosclerosis in T2 DM.
