摘要
以辽宁省图书流动车项目为例,对其项目的实施运行情况及运行模式进行分析,找出流动图书馆运作中存在的问题,提出相应的整改建议,促进辽宁省图书流动车服务更好的发展,实现"文化惠民"。
Taking Liaoning provincial mobile library project as an example,this paper analyzed its implementation and operation mode,and found out the problems existing in the operation of mobile library,and then put forward the corresponding suggestions on improving the development of mobile library service in Liaoning province,so as to realize the culture benefit for people.
