摘要
传统图书馆在信息时代的冲击下,已经到了转型期,在这期间,图书馆更应发挥自己的独特的服务社会的功能,承担起一定的社会责任。笔者基于平衡计分卡方法,构建了财务、顾客、内部程序及学习成长四个维度,结合德尔菲法及层次分析法建立一个针对转型期图书馆社会责任的评价体系,以此达到考核评价转型期图书馆社会责任工作的目的。
In the information era,traditional library has reached a transition period.During this period,library should play its own unique social service function to undertake the social responsibility.Based on the balanced scorecard method,and combined with the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process（AHP）,this paper constructed a social responsibility evaluation system for library in transition period,covering four dimensions of finance,customer,internal process,learning and growing,so as to achieve the purpose of evaluating library＇ s social responsibility during the transitional period.
