摘要
通过与四川省的部分射击学员和教练员进行交流,了解业余射击训练学生们的现状和射击学校对学生们的管理体制。通过分析后发现一些问题:(1)来参加射击训练的学员普遍对射击的认识是不够的,基本属于偶然被教练选中抱着试试的态度走进射击领域。(2)各地区教练员专业性不强在对学员进行培训过程中理论知识渗透不深,没有让学员对射击有深入的认识。(3)文化知识的学习和训练之间的衔接还达不到理想状态。并通过对以上问题的探讨,对四川省射击业余训练的发展起到参考与指导作用。
Survey of Sichuan Province through part of the shooting students and coaches, understand the management system of the students and the status of the gunnery school amateur shooting training students. Through the analysis found that some problems：（1） To participate in shooting training of students in general understanding of shooting is not enough, basically by coach selected hold try attitude into the fire.（2） In the shooting team after carding on the relationship between learning and training are not clear enough. Amateur Coaches in the training process theory knowledge is not deep to cadets, did not let the students to have a deep understanding of the shooting.（3） A link between the cultural knowledge of the school and training school, but and the actual situation of athletes and access, management is not strict enough.
