摘要
2016年1月9—10日首届中国生态文明智库学术论坛在北京大学召开。论坛围绕生态文明基础理论、生态文明理念与环境教育、生态文明实践及其示范区研究等三个重要议题进行讨论。论坛深刻剖析当下中国生态环境现实与生态文明基础理论研究之间的复杂关系和内在关联,深度解析生态文明理念与环境教育的嵌套关系和内在逻辑,深入评析生态文明实践及其示范区建设过程中的进展状况和存在问题。本次会议未设开幕式,直接进入大会报告,并以反映国家战略方针和重大政策的"描述类"评介报告,反映学界学科维度和典型案例的"评述类"学术报告,以及反映重大现实关切和前瞻价值的"学术类"前沿报告等重要形式来鼓励创新,特别是原始创新,激发"思想的声音",有效地提升了中国生态文明建设与环境保护新常态前沿研究水平。
China ＇s Ecological Civilization Think Tank has convened at Peking University on January 9and 10,2016. The forum discussion centered on the three key issues of ecological civilization theory,ecological civilization concept and environmental education,and ecological civilization practice and its demonstration research. The forum profoundly dissected the complex relationship and the internal connection between China＇s current ecological environment and the basic theory of ecological civilization,deeply analyzed nest relation and internal logic between ecological civilization theory and environmental education,and deeply evaluated the progress and problems of ecological civilization practice and its demonstration research. This meeting did not hold opening ceremony,but directly accessed to the conference report,and used the national strategy and major policies style to describe the review report,to reflect academic discipline dimension and typical cases,to reflect major practical concerns and predictive value in order to encourage innovation,especially the original innovation,which will stimulate ＂ mind ＇s voice＂ and effectively improve China ＇s ecological civilization construction and new normal environmental protection frontier research level.
