摘要
目的探讨空气污染程度不同地区小学生肺功能差异。方法收集两区2013年大气污染监测数据,并整体随机抽取各一所小学3-5年级学生为研究对象,进行肺功能检查。结果历城区各项空气污染物监测指标均明显高于市中区;权衡年龄、身高、体重因素的影响后,市中区小学生的各项肺功能指标均明显优于历城区;市中区各年级学生肺功能均优于历城区同年级学生,两区3年级学生肺功能差异明显,4年级间肺功能差异性减弱,5年级学生肺功能无差异。结论空气大环境质量是影响小学生肺功能重要因素。
Objective To investigate the lung function of primary students in two different air pollution areas. Methods The monitoring data of air pollution in the two areas in 2013 were collected and analyzed. The primary school students in 3-5grades of the two schools were selected by cluster random sampling and then the pulmonary function of the students were examined. Results The indicators of monitoring air pollutants in Licheng district were significantly higher than those in Shizhong district. Considering the effect of age, height, weight, the every indicators of pulmonary function in pupils in Shizhong district were significantly better than that in Licheng district. The indicators of pulmonary function among the students in each grade are better than those in the same grade of Licheng district. Differences in pulmonary function of students of grade 3 in two the districts are obviously reduced,of which in grade 4 are diminished, and in Grade 5 have no difference in their lung function. Conclusion The environment air quality is an important factor affecting the pulmonary function among the primary students.
