在公路工程建设市场中,施工企业进行成本管理和控制的目标是获得高质量和低价格的产品,而合同控制是成本管理的核心。论文介绍了公路工程施工项目成本管理的一般方法,并阐述了公路工程施工项目目标成本合同控制的主要措施,希望能对同行起到借鉴作用。
In the highway engineering construction market, the goal of cost management and control of construction enterprises is to obtain high quality and low price products. Contract control is the core of cost management. In this paper, the author will introduce the highway engineering construction project cost management of the general approach, and highway engineering construction project target cost contract control of the main measures are described, hoping to play a reference role to peer.
