摘要
为进一步提高古井贡酒功能活性成分含量,对古井贡酒特有的桃花曲中产四甲基吡嗪(TTMP)的功能微生物进行了筛选,最终获得一株具有高产四甲基吡嗪能力的地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)。对该株地衣芽孢杆菌产四甲基吡嗪的发酵条件进行优化,得到最优发酵条件,最优条件下该株菌比初始条件下产四甲基吡嗪的能力(17.54mg/L)提高了46倍,达到833mg/L。
To increase the content of active ingredient in Gu Jing Liquor, tetramethylpyrazine(TTMP)-producing microorganisms were screened from Gu Jing Liquor Peach blossom Da Qu microbial resources. Finally, a high TTMP-producingstrain was obtained and identified as Bacillus licheniformis. The fermentation conditions of Bacillus licheniformis produced TTMP were optimized, under optimal conditions,the TTMP yield of Bacillus licheniformis increased by 46 times, and its yield was 833mg/L.
