摘要
在中医外科的历史上,存在着服药和手术两大类治法,且发展成各有所重的两大阵营。手术史、手术观以及外科解剖研究虽然在中医史上从未中断,但是以内科法治外科病的治法还是占据主流。梳理中医手术史,探究重内服、轻手术的缘由,或可为中医外科学的发展提供借鉴。
Medicine-taking and surgery were two main treating methods in the history of TCM.Even though there is continuous research on the history of surgery in TCM,understanding of surgery and anatomical study,treating surgical diseases by ways in internal medicine has always been the main stream.This paper reviewed the history of surgery in TCM and investigated the reason of ignoring surgery.
