摘要
通过金相、体视显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)和电子探针等方法研究了Incoloy 800镍基合金加热管的腐蚀开裂行为。结果表明,Incoloy 800加热管开裂分为两类,一类为管材内壁腐蚀,壁厚减薄引起爆管;另一类为外壁局部腐蚀产生沿晶裂纹开裂而引起爆管。这两类开裂主要与内部填充物(氧化镁粉)中含有杂质S、Cl^-以及水质中高含量Cl^-引起的腐蚀有关。
The corrosion cracking behavior of heating tubes of Incoloy 800 nickel-base alloy was studied by metallography, stereo microscope, SEM and electron microprobe. The corrosion cracking of heating tubes made of Incoloy 800 showed two types,one was caused by generation corrosion of inner wall,the other was local corrosion of outer wall which induced intergranular cracks.The failure of these two types were mainly related with the impurities S and Cl^- in internal filling( magnesium oxide powder),and Cl^- in water with a high level.
