摘要 口腔种植体与周围骨组织形成良好的"骨结合",是口腔种植成功的关键。自噬通过调节骨代谢平衡以影响种植体周围骨组织的重建及口腔种植的远期临床效果。本文就骨相关细胞中的自噬及其在骨代谢疾病和口腔种植中的作用作一综述。 Clinical success of dental implantation is critically related to the satisfactory osseointegration in which autophagy plays an important role through influencing the peri-implant bone remodeling and regulating bone homeostasis. This review aimed at providing a comprehensive overview of autophagy in bone cells and its role in bone metabolic diseases and dental implantation.
