摘要
目的:探讨临床护理路径在首发精神分裂症患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将80例首发精神分裂症住院患者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,两组在抗精神病药物治疗的同时实施常规护理,干预组在此基础上将临床护理路径应用于健康教育中,比较两组患者生活能力量表(ADL)评分、健康教育知识知晓率、护理满意度及服药依从性。结果:干预组干预第6周末ADL评分、健康宣教知识知晓率、护理满意度及服药依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对首发精神分裂症患者采用临床护理路径实施健康教育,能够提高患者ADL评分、健康教育知识知晓率、护理满意度及服药依从性,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path( CNP) in health education for patients with the first-episode schizophrenia. Methods: 80 patients with the first- episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group( 40 cases in each group). The patients in both groups were given routine nursing care when they received the treatment with antipsychotic drug; in addition,CNP was applied to health education in the intervention group,the scores of ADL and the awareness rate of health knowledge of the patients,satisfaction rate of nursing care and medication compliance were compared between the two groups. Results: At the end of the 6th week after the intervention,the scores of ADL and the awareness rate of health knowledge of the patients,satisfaction rate of nursing care and medication compliance were higher and better in the intervention group than those in the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: CNP applied to health education to patients with the first- episode schizophrenia can increase and improve the ADL scores,awareness rate of health knowledge,satisfaction rate of nursing care and medication compliance of the patients.
