为了防止食品在加工过程中被润滑剂污染,用于与食品有偶然接触场合的润滑剂必须使用食品级润滑剂。综述了国内外食品级润滑剂的情况,这些食品级润滑剂大都在美国卫生基金会进行了注册。
In order to prevent foods contaminated by lubricants during processing, the food-grade lubricants must be used in where the lubricants were contacted with foods occasionally. The domestic and abroad food-grade lubricants whose most of were registered in National Sanitation Foundation were overviewed.
