摘要
由于民族、地域以及文化背景的不同,少数民族医学生对人文教育的认知存在差异,加之少数民族医学人文教师的紧缺,人文教育课程模式的单一,使得对少数民族医学生的人文教育工作开展较为艰难。因此,加大对少数民族医学生人文教育的投入,调整教学方法和手段,探索符合少数民族特色的医学人才培养模式才能切实提高少数民族地区人文教育质量。
Due to the difference of ethnicity, region and cultural background, the cognition of humanistic edu- cation has difference among ethnic minority medical students. Combined with the shortage of humanities teacher and singularity of humanities education curriculum model, humanistic education becomes relatively difficult for minority medical students. Increasing investment in minority medical students' humanistic education, adjusting the teaching methods and means, and exploring the training mode for medical talents accorded with the ethnic characteristics can effectively improve the quality
