从动物实验看医学院校生命伦理教育——基于北京四所医学院校医学生的问卷调查 被引量:5

Analysis of the Bioethics Education in Medical Schools by Animal Experiment——Based on the Questionnaire Survey Carried Out in Medical Students of Four Medical Schools in Beijing

摘要 目的了解在北京四所高校动物实验的现状,分析医学生对动物实验的看法,探讨医学院校相关生命伦理教育之重要性。方法通过查阅相关文献、图书及影像资料,分析回顾动物实验的历史与发展情况以及现阶段类似问卷调查,总结相关问题,自行设计调查问卷调查。结果 66.88%的医学生是在大学首次接触动物实验;68.75%的医学生认为活体动物实验对于专业技能的培养重要;51.25%的医学生准备充分,可以成功胜任实验操作;36.88%的高校教师时常进行生命教育。结论我国医学院校急需加强医学生生命伦理知识教育,加强实验过程管理,优化实验过程减少浪费;同时医学院校实验指导教师应以身作则,善待实验动物,加强对学生平时的教育,耳濡目染,身体力行。 Objectives: To investigate the current status of animal experiment, analyze the medical students' views about animal experiment, and discuss the importance of bioethics education in four medical schools in Bei- jing. Methods: Through searching and reviewing relevant literature, books and video data, analysis and review of the history and development of animal experiment, present similar questionnaires, and summarizing related issues, the authors conducted a survey using selfdesigned questionnaire. Results: A total of 66.88% of the medical students knew animal experiment for the first time, 68.75% of medical students thought that animal experiment in vivo was important for the cultivation of professional skills, 51.25% of the medical students were well - prepared and could be qualified to experiments, and 36.88% of teachers in colleges and universities often discussed life education. Conclusion: Medical colleges in our country need to strengthen the bioethics education, strengthen the experimental process management, and optimize the experimental process in order to reduce waste. Simultaneously, the experiment teachers of medical colleges and universities should set an example to be kind to experimental ani- mals, and strengthen students' education at ordinary times, by osmosis and practice of what they preaches.
