摘要
自我决策权是自主权的一部分。人的自主在临终阶段与此前的人生中的自主有所不同。临终阶段中人的自主的不同情况,导致对临终自我决策权存在争议,如是否有选择死亡方式的权利、选择是否有效。从人的本质出发可以为临终决策权的有效性提供一个回答。
Selfdetermination right is a part of autonomy. In the terminal period, people＇s autonomy is different in essence from any other time of life. Such a difference in autonomy at the last stage leads to a controversy in human＇ s rights of decision - making, such as whether one has the fight to choose the death way and whether the decision be treated as valid. One answer concerning the aforementioned problems could be given based on the human essence.
