摘要
介绍了一种制备高纯度固体羟基乙酸的新方法。本方法包括羟基乙腈在酸性条件下水解,氨水中和,无水异丙醇除盐,高真空低温下进行浓缩,析晶。本文结合实验结果,分析和讨论了反应温度,羟基乙腈与硫酸的物质的量比,浓缩终点温度对固体羟基乙酸的质量和收率的影响。
A new preparation method of high purity solid glycolic acid is introduced. The method includes glycolonitrile's hydrolysis reaction under the condition of acid,ammonia water's neutral reaction,desalting by anhydrous isopropyl alcohol,concentration at high vacuum and low temperature,crystallization. In combination with experimental result this text analyze and discuss influences of solid glycolic acid's quality and yield. These influences include reaction temperature,the molar ratio of glycolonitrile and sulfuric acid,concentrating final temperature.
