摘要
为探明艾纳香母株与分株苗间左旋龙脑含量的稳定性,同时筛选优良单株,选择10个分株苗无性系分别在3个不同地的土壤(澄迈、儋州和临高)进行盆栽试验,采用GC法测定左旋龙脑含量,应用相关分析和方差分析等对母株和分株苗间差异进行统计。结果表明:艾纳香母株和分株苗间左旋龙脑含量呈极显著相关(P<0.01);分株苗左旋龙脑含量受种质影响显著,其方差贡献率达69.65%,且在3种土壤下的广义遗传力(重复力)均达0.8以上;分株苗C33-3、C5-1和C5-4的左旋龙脑含量较高,均大于14mg/g,可作为较优材料进行生产扩繁。
To study the contents’ stability of l-borneol and select the optimum individual plant,which will offer the materials and scientific basis for variety selection and division propagation of B.balsamifera.The divided plants of B.balsamifera from 10 clones were growing in three different kinds of soil(Chengmai,Danzhou and Lingao)and the contents of l-borneol was determined by gas chromatography and the raw data were analyzed by the ways of simple correlation analysis combined with variance analysis.Results:The correlation about the contents of l-borneol between maternal plants and divided plants was very significantly positive(P〈0.01);The contents of l-borneol were influenced apparently by the genes,whose variance proportion was 69.65% and broad-sense heritability in three different kinds of soil were higher than 0.8;Tree excellent plants were selected on the basis of the contents of l-borneol(over14mg/g)and used for propagation,whose names were called C33-3、C5-1and C5-4,respectively.
