台湾林檎叶片浸提液对致腐微生物的抑制效果 被引量:4

摘要 为台湾林檎的深入研究及其开发应用提供理论依据,采用生长速率法测定江西和浙江2个地区台湾林檎叶片浸提液对黑曲霉菌、毛霉菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果。结果表明:除江西台湾林檎叶片浸提液对毛霉菌没有抑制效果外,2个地区台湾林檎浸提液对其他致腐微生物均有抑制作用,其中浙江台湾林檎叶片浸提液的抑菌效果最佳,对黑曲霉、毛霉菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率分别为93.13%、62.4%、97.88%和100%;江西台湾林檎叶片浸提液对这4种致腐微生物的抑制率分别为38.7%、-7.48%、99.94%和100%,对毛霉菌的菌丝生长具有促进作用。台湾林檎浸提液具有抑菌防腐的效果,但在选择台湾林檎作为植物源天然防腐剂原料时应注意其来源地,最好进行试验确定其是否适合作为特定微生物防腐剂的原料。 The inhibitory effect of M.doumeri leaves’ extract liquids from Jiangxi and Zhejiang Province on Aspergilus niger,M.doumeri,Escherichiacoli and Staphylococcus aureus was determined by the growth rate method to provide the theoretical basis for development and application of M.doumeri.Results:Except that the M.doumeri leaves’ extract liquid from Jiangxi Province has no inhibitory effect on Mucor mucedo,M.doumeri leaves’ extract liquids from Jiangxi and Zhejiang Province have the inhibitory effect on other spoilage microorganism.The M.doumeri leaves’ extract liquid from Zhejiang Province has the better inhibitory effect.The inhibitory rate of M.doumeri leaves’ extract liquid from Zhejiang Province on Aspergilus niger,Mucor mucedo,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is93.13%,62.4%,97.88%and 100%respectively.The inhibitory rate of M.doumeri leaves’ extract liquid from jiangxi Province on Aspergilus niger,Mucor mucedo,Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is38.7%,-7.48%,99.94% and 100% separately and has the promotion effect on mycelial growth of Mucor mucedo.The extract liquid of M.doumeri has the bacteriostasis and antiseptic effect but the essential test should be conducted when M.doumeri is selected as a raw material of natural botanical preservatives against the specific microorganism.
