随着资本主义生产方式的发展和调整,资本与劳动对立和冲突的具体内容和形式均发生了巨大变化,推动了劳资冲突理论在不同论域的新发展。其中,"劳动过程理论"从劳动控制与反抗的角度,阐述了劳资双方在劳动过程中围绕各种因素展开多重博弈;"全球化理论"从资本流通的角度,阐述了劳资冲突的时空转移与跨国联动;"国家理论"从国家维度阐述了国家制度体系、国家治理策略对劳资冲突的制约和影响;"道义经济学"从社会结构和文化心理变迁的角度对劳资冲突和劳动反抗作出了的解析。
With the development and adjustment of the capitalist mode of production, great changes have taken place in the specific content and form of opposition and conflict between the capital and labor, promoting the new development of the labor conflict theories. Among them, " Theories of Labor Process " expounds the multigaming of labor conflict in the labor process from the perspective of labor control and resistance; " Theories of Globalization " expounds the shift of time and space and multinational linkage of labor conflict from the perspective of capital flows; "Theories of State" expounds the restriction and influence of the state systems and governance policies in labor conflict from the dimension of the state; "The Moral Economy" has made the analysis of labor conflict and labor resistance from the perspective of the social structure and change of cultural psychology.
