摘要
林州人民在与恶劣的生存环境斗争时,开创了悠久的水利工程历史。这些水利工程未能从根本上终结林州地区缺水的历史,只有20世纪60年代修建的红旗渠才彻底改变了林州地区严重缺水的面貌。将红旗渠置于林州水利工程历史的维度上,会更加清楚地认识其深远的历史意义。
The people of Linzhou County have been creating a long history of water conservancy projects duringtheir fighting against the harsh living environment. But these water projects failed to end the history of water scar-city in Linzhou area fundamentally. only has Red Flag Canal built in the 1960 s completely changed the seriouswater shortages in Linzhou area. From the perspective of the water conservancy history of Linzhou County, theconstruction of Red Flag Canal will be of far more historical significance.
