摘要
为研究口含烟食用过程中重金属向唾液转移的情况,利用人工模拟唾液作为提取液,在超声条件下对口含烟样品进行提取,并利用微波消解–电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP–MS)测定重金属含量,建立了口含烟中6种重金属(Cd、Pb、Cr、Ni、As和Se)向唾液转移的模拟测定方法。对人工唾液提取液体积、提取时间进行了优化;绘制了口含烟6种重金属元素标准曲线,在考察浓度范围内各组分线性关系良好,相关系数均在0.999 7以上,检出限和定量限低于0.1 ng/m L,测定口含烟样品中重金属加标回收率为93.8%~101.8%。运用所建立的方法分别测定7个口含烟样品在人工唾液提取液中的6种重金属Cr、Ni、Cd、Se、As、Pb的转移率分别为2.52%~16.62%、7.97%~22.51%、8.44%~31.40%、10.71%~38.70%、18.94%~40.84%、10.71%~43.60%。
To study the transfer of heavy metals in snus into saliva during its taking process, artificial saliva was utilized as extractant instead of saliva in mouth and heavy metals in snus were extracted under ultrasonic conditions and determined by microwave digestion coupled with determination by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) to establish a simulation testing method for determination of 6 different heavy metals including Cr, Ni, Cd, Pb, As and Se. Parameters such as volume of artificial saliva for extraction and ultrasonic extraction time were optimized and standard curve for determination of 6 heavy metals were established, which showed good linear correlations with all correlation coefficient r 〉 0.999 7 and. Detection limit and quantitation limit of the method were less than 0.1 ng/mL and the standard addition recovery rates of snus samples were in the range of 93.8%-101.8%. The transfer rate of 6 different heavy metals into artificial saliva for seven snus samples tested by the method were listed in ascending order as follows: 2.52%-16.62% for Cr, 7.97%-22.51% for Ni, 8.44%-31.40% for Cd, 10.71%-38.70% for Se, 18.94%40.84% for As and 10.71%-43.60% for Pb.
