摘要
研究灰铸铁化学成分对质量系数Q_i的影响,应该侧重于的参数排序的综合影响方面。采用灰色理论详细分析了灰铸铁化学成分对质量系数的影响及其排序。通过大量计算,得到了灰铸铁化学成分对质量系数的影响排序结果。研究结果表明,在这些化学元素中,碳当量CE对质量系数影响最大,锡Sn的含量影响最小,而C,Si,Si/C,Cu和Mn依次介于它们之间。本文研究结果为进一步研究灰铸铁质量系数和新性能灰铸铁提供了重要的依据。
The influences of gray cast iron chemical compsition on quality index Qi should be emphasized on research the comperhensive influence. The comperhensive influence of gray iron chemical compsition on quality index was analyzed in detail by using grey theory. The influence ordering of these chemical compsitions also was obtained after a lot of calculation.The calculating result showed that CE effects on the quality index of gray iron largest of these elements ,Sn content smallest,chimecal elements C,Si, Si/C ,Cu 和 Mn were between them successively.The result has important practical significance for further research quality index of gray iron and development new properties of gray iron.
