摘要
综述了小麦谷朊粉加工、小麦淀粉生产酒精工艺、小麦淀粉制糖、麦麸和麦胚加工等方面开发应用的研究进展,指出存在的问题,并提出相应的对策,旨在为小麦精深加工提供参考。
This paper reviewed research advancements of gluten processing,the techniques of alcohol by wheat starch,the producing technology of sugar from wheat starch and the utilization of wheat bran,pointed out the problems and proposed the corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for deep processing industry of wheat.
