摘要
当前,我国的老龄化问题日益严重,江苏省早在1986年就进入老龄化社会。根据江苏省目前人口老龄化与产业结构的现状,从劳动力、消费结构、资本三个矛盾点逐一分析人口老龄化对产业结构的冲击,提出产业结构调整"避短扬长"的应对路径应该是:推行优惠政策,补充必要劳动力,实现人口的内部竞争;挖掘老年人口红利,实现老年深度价值;注入"互联网+",提升产业结构层次,构建现代产业体系;发展老年产业,提升老龄产业化能力;变革传统储蓄和投资决策权,引进外资进驻。
Aging phenomenon has been becoming an increasingly big problem in China,Jiangsu Province is also no exception,it entered an aging society in 1986. According to current situation of population aging as well as the industrial structure in Jiangsu Province,this thesis analyzes the impact of population aging on industrial structure respectively from these three aspects： labor force,consumption structure and capital,then proposes the following solving measures to ＂minimize weaknesses and maximize strengths＂in the process of adjusting industrial structure：implementing preferential policies to supplement the necessary labor force and achieve internal competition;positively using demographic bonus,especially the elderly to achieve their deep value; injecting the Internet ＋,so as to upgrade industrial structure,establish a modern industrial systemem; developing the ageing industry and enhancing the aging industrialization ability; changing traditional savings and investment decisions and actively introducing foreign capital.
