摘要
目的探讨经皮腰椎间盘钳取术联合术后不同阶段的腰背肌康复训练对老年腰椎间盘突出症患者的疗效。方法 2007-01-2012-12,收治65例采用经皮腰椎间盘钳取术治疗的老年腰椎间盘突出症患者(研究组),于术后3d-1周、术后1周-1个月、1-3个月、3-6个月不同阶段,分别进行不同的腰背肌康复训练,分别于治疗后的3、6、12个月用改良的Macnab标准进行疗效评价;并与之前未采用系统腰背肌康复训练的63例患者(对照组)疗效进行比较。结果研究组3、6个月的优良率明显优于对照组;而研究组6、12个月疗效较3个月虽有逐步提高,但无明显的统计学意义。结论经皮腰椎间盘钳取术后辅以阶段式腰背肌功能康复训练,可提高老年患者治疗的优良率,缩短术后恢复时间,对于提高老年患者生活质量、增强体能具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilition training on the aged patients with lumbar disc herniation （LDH） recovering from percutaneous lumbar discectomy with forceps （PLDF）. Methods From January 2007 to December 2012, 65 aged LDH patients were treated with PLDF followed with rehabilition training. Follow-up rehabilitation training for four stages （1 week, 1 month,3 months, 6 months）had been completed by all patients with different intensity of training according to their different stages respectively （Study group）. The curative effect were as- sesssed by using modified Macnab criteria and compared with former PLDF treated 63 aged pa- tients with no rehabilitation training （Control group）. Results The excellent and good effective rate of study group in 3 and 6 months follow-up stages were significantly higher than that of control group respectively; the excellent and good effective rate of the 6 month and 12 month （study group） were higher but no statistically significant importance than that of 3 month. Conclusion Curative effectiveness rate of PLDF in aged patients with LDH could be enhanced by rehabilita- tion training in different intensity according to different stages, which is important for the patients to shorten the recovering time and to improve the quality of life of aged patients with LDH after PLDF therapy.
