摘要
2015年5月,贵州省黔东南州麻江县蓝莓(Vaccnium uliginosum)种植地发生了2种重要真菌病害和1种鳞翅目幼虫导致的虫害。采用ITS保守序列测序和形态学鉴定的方法对致病的病原微生物进行了分类鉴定。结果表明,其病原菌为乌饭树拟茎点霉(Phomopsis vaccinii)和葡萄座腔菌(Botryosphaeria dothidea),导致的真菌病害分别为为蓝莓枝枯病和果腐病;害虫为绿尾大蚕蛾(Actias selene ningpoana Felder)的幼虫。
Two fungal diseases and a Lepidoptera insect pest occurred on blueberry in Majiang County, Qiandongnan State of Guizhou province in May 2015. With methods of 16S rDNA sequencing and morphological identification, pathogens were identified as Phomopsis vaccinii and Botryosphaeria dothidea, which brought diseases of twig blight and fruit rot dis- ease against blueberry respectively. And the Lepidoptera insect pest was identified as Actias selene ningpoana Felder.
