摘要
目的了解老年人群HIV检测意向和对唾液快检的支付意愿。方法问卷调查300名老年人,并为其提供HIV唾液快检。结果 300名老年人中仅有15例在一年内做过艾滋病检测,不愿意做艾滋病检测的主要原因是不愿意付钱检测和不了解艾滋病;现场提供免费的唾液HIV快检后检测率由提供唾液快检之前的11%上升到85%(P<0.05);部分老年人认为HIV检测不应收费且他们普遍认为唾液快检收费过高;单变量分析提示多种因素影响老年人不接受收费的艾滋病检测。结论必须加大针对老年人的艾滋病宣传力度,提供如同唾液快检这种更加方便快捷的HIV检测方法以保障HIV检测的可及性,但是必须要降低试剂的价格。
Objective To research the willingness to accept HIV testing and pay for oral fluid HIV rapid test among elderly. Methods A questionnaire survey was performed to interview 300 elderly, some participants ac- cepted oral fluid H1V rapid test. Results Among 300 elderly, there were only 15 did HIV tested in last year, the reasons for the elderly refused HIV test were expensive or unfamiliar with HIV; the HIV test rate went up significantly from 11% to 85% （P 〈0.05） after offered free oral fluid HIV rapid test; part of elder- ly considered that HIV should test for free and it was too expensive to take oral fluid HIV rapid tested ; univa- riate analysis showed that the elderly refused pay for HIV testing effected by some factors. Conclusion It is important to carry out information-oriented education activities to increase the knowledge of AIDS among eld- erly, afforded a variety of convenient HIV testing methods like oral fluid HIV rapid test which could help the elderly to accepted, but we should take some steps to bring down the price of it.
