摘要
目的观察不稳定型心绞痛临床护理方法及效果。方法研究年2015年1月~2016年1月纳入不稳定型心绞痛共46例,抽签分组。23例选择常规护理,为对照组;实验组选择全面护理,共23例。组间比较。结果两组中实验组住院日短,护理总有效率高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论不稳定型心绞痛选择全面护理方法,效果确切。
Objective Clinical nursing method and its effect for patients with unstable angina are to be studied. Methods Chose 46 patients with unstable angina who were treated in hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 and separated them into two groups by drawing lottery,23 patients in control group were given conventional nursing,while another 23 patients in study group were given comprehensive nursing,and then compared nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’ hospitalization days were fewer and nursing efficacy was much higher in study group compared to counterparts in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is much effective for patients with unstable angina,thus,such an effective nursing method is quite worthwhile to be promoted widespread.
