摘要
目的对早产儿发展性照顾在新生儿重症监护室中的应用进行分析。方法选取2015年1~6月在我院新生儿重症监护室内治疗的早产儿210例,随机分为对照组100例,给予常规护理干预措施;观察组110例,给予发展性照顾护理干预措施,对2组患儿的护理效果进行分析。结果观察组患儿的出院质量、睡眠时间、吃奶总量高于对照组患儿,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早产儿应用发展性照顾护理措施能够明显的改善吃奶情况,提高睡眠质量和出院体质量,促进患儿的机体恢复,减少住院治疗时间和胃管留置时间,对帮助早产儿快速康复具有较高的临床价值和意义。
Objective To analyze the application of developmental care for premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit. Methods 210 cases of premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,110 cases in observation group,100 cases in Control group. Control group were given routine nursing intervention,observation group were received developmental care nursing intervention. Results The discharge body mass,sleep time,the total amount of milk in observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was less than control group,difference all had statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Developmental care for premature infants can significantly improve milk of premature infants,sleep quality and discharge body mass,promote the children’s body recovery. At the same time,it can reduce hospitalization time and indwelling time of gastric tube. It has high clinical value and significance for the rapid rehabilitation of premature infants.
