摘要
目的探索孟鲁司特与维生素D联合使用治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病的临床效果。方法在我院小儿科进行婴幼儿喘息性疾病治疗的患者112例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各56例,对照组给予孟鲁斯特及常规对症支持治疗,治疗组在给与常规对症支持治疗的基础上给予孟鲁斯特及维生素D联合治疗。治疗期间观察2组患儿临床效果、临床症状消失时间、住院时间以及4个月后复发率。结果治疗组相较于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,临床症状(气促喘息及肺部哮鸣音)消失的时间以及住院时间均低于对照组,4个月后随访复发率治疗组低于对照组。结论孟鲁斯特联合维生素D治疗婴幼儿喘息性疾病具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast in combination with vitamin D in wheezing infants diseases. Methods 112 patients in our hospital pediatric wheezing infants were treated disease,were randomly divided into control group and the treatment group 56 cases,control group was given montelukast and conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment,the treatment group given conventional symptomatic and supportive in give montelukast and vitamin D therapy on the basis of combination therapy. Two groups were observed during treatment clinical results,clinical symptoms disappeared time and length of hospital stay and recurrence rate after 4 months. Results The treatment group compared with four months later than the control group,the total effective rate was significantly higher clinical,time and length of stay of clinical symptoms（wheezing,shortness of breath and lung wheeze）disappearance was significantly lower than the control group,Follow-up treatment relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Montelukast combined with vitamin D treatment of infantile asthmatic disease have better clinical results.
