摘要
目的探讨甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗甲状腺结节的疗效。方法收集2014年1月~2015年8月来我院就诊的甲状腺结节患者89例,按照治疗方法分为两组,对照组44例用甲状腺次全切除术治疗,研究组45例用甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗。结果研究组平均手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间与对照组比较均较少,术后并发症总发生率与对照组比较较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论甲状腺结节患者用甲状腺腺叶切除术治疗在减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间及住院时间等方面优势明显,安全性高,可作为一种安全有效的方法应用于甲状腺结节的治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of thyroid nodules treated with thyroid lobectomy. Methods 89 cases of the thyroid nodules patients were selected from January 2014 to August 2015 during our hospital,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,44 cases in the control group and treated with subtotal resection of the thyroid,45 cases in the study group and treated with thyroid lobectomy. Results The mean operative time,blood loss,postoperative hospital stay compared with control group were less,the overall incidence of postoperative complications compared with the control group was lower,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The patients with thyroid nodules with thyroid lobe resection obvious advantages,can shorten the operation time,reduce blood loss,shorter hospital stays,high security,can be used as a safe and effective method for the treatment of thyroid nodules applied.
