摘要
采用固相法制备了xCaTiO_3-(1-x)LaAlO_3(CTLA钛酸钙-铝酸镧)复合陶瓷,研究CTLA系统陶瓷材料中x变化、工艺条件和添加剂变化与介电性能的关系。结果表明:当0.67x≤0.75,1230℃下预烧,成品添加质量分数0.5%MnO_2,粉体粒度D50研磨至1.5μm时,1400℃烧结成瓷,主晶相xCaTiO_3-(1-x)LaAlO_3形成完全互溶钙钛矿型固溶体。可获得具有理想的微波介电性能(40≤εr≤50,Qf≥40000,τf在-20×10-6~20×10-6/℃范围内可调),不含Pb、Cd等有害杂质的高Q中介电常数微波介质陶瓷。
xCaTiO_3-(1-x)LaAlO_3(CTLA) composite ceramic was prepared by solid-phase method.The dependence of x,process parameters and additives in CTLA system of ceramic materials on dielectric properties were studied.Experimental results demonstrate that main crystallization phase of CTLA was obtained in the form of totally mutual-dissolved solid-phase of calcium-titanium perovskite when the conditions,such as 0.67x≤0.75,pre-sintering temperature of 1230 ℃,0.5%of MnO_2 as an additive,a value of1.5 pm for particle size D_(50) of grinded powder,and sintering temperature of 1400℃,were met.The obtained Microwave dielectric ceramic has ideal microwave dielectric properties(40≤ε_r≤50,Q_f≥4000,τ_f can be tuned in the range of-20×10^(-6)~20×10^(-6)/℃),and it does not contain harmful impurities(Pb,Cd,ete.)
