T1G3期膀胱癌治疗策略 被引量：3

摘要 膀胱癌是男性泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,分为肌层浸润性膀胱癌和非肌层浸润性膀胱癌（CIS、Ta、T1）,T1期膀胱癌又分低危、中危、高危,T1G3期膀胱癌属于高危非肌层浸润性膀胱癌,其生物学行为复杂,疾病进展和死亡的风险比其他T1期肿瘤患者高10倍,目前治疗方法上存在很大争议.国际上对T1G3期膀胱癌多采取TURBT联合即刻灌注化疗、灌注BCG或根治性膀胱切除术的方式进行治疗.根据患者情况进行综合分析,采取个性化治疗方案,以达到最佳治疗效果.本文结合最新临床研究对T1G3期膀胱肿瘤治疗进展进行综述.
