大学生就业困境原因与对策探析 被引量：2

摘要 就业问题是重中之重,大学生就业问题更不容忽视。目前我国大学生就业陷入困境,解决这一难题关乎我国社会的和谐、稳定。要想从根本上解决问题,就要透过现象看本质,即由结果分析原因,从源头上有的放矢的加以解决。本文浅谈了大学生的就业现状,试从毕业生群体属性、就业地域矛盾、产业结构、市场配置、高等教育、大学生自身几个方面分析大学生就业陷入困境的原因,并试谈了解决办法。
