摘要
介绍了塔里木大学近年来在农业专业硕士培养方面取得的成就,结合南疆农业生产特点,确立了农业专业硕士培养思路和培养定位,建立了以课堂、实验室、校内外实践基地为主的多元培养体系,重视师资队伍建设,注重学生科研能力的培养,加强从招生到就业的全程指导,确保硕士生的培养和就业质量,并总结了现存的问题,指出今后的发展方向。
Firstly,the paper presented the success of Tarim University in recent years on postgraduate education of agricultural professional degree.Within the features of southern Xinjiang agricultural production,training ideas and orientation of agricultural professional degree were established and diversified training system mainly based on class, labs and practice bases was created.It was also stressed to build teams of teachers and＂ raise students＂ research ability.Besides,guide from admission to employment was provided to ensure the quality of training and employment.Finally,problems were concluded and future direction of development was determined.
