基于高分辨率MRI的中国人脑红核体积研究

A study of the red nucleus volume in chinese brains based on the high-resolution MRI

摘要 目的测量健康中国成人脑红核体积,研究红核体积与侧别、性别、年龄的关系。方法采集21~60岁年龄段健康中国成人志愿者头部磁共振图像,手工分割红核,测量红核体积,使用SPSS16.0软件完成数据统计学分析。结果同性别的左、右侧红核体积差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),均为左侧〉右侧;同侧别男性、女性红核体积差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),均为男性〉女性;男性双侧红核体积与年龄均无线性联系,女性双侧红核体积和年龄均呈线性负相关。结论男性、女性红核体积左侧〉右侧;同一侧红核体积男性〉女性;在21~60岁年龄段男性双侧红核体积随年龄增长均无明显变化,女性随着年龄增长双侧红核体积均有缩小的趋势。 Objective To measure the volume of red nucleus in Chinese healthy adults,and to study the relationship between the red nucleus volume and the side,the sex,the age.MethodsSeries of MR images of head were acquired in 21~60years old healthy Chinese adult volunteers.To segment out red nucleus manually,and to measure the volume of red nucleus.Results There is significantly difference in the volumes between the right and left red nucleus of the same sex(P0.05),the leftthe right.There is significantly difference in the volumes of red nucleus between the male and female of the same side(P0.05),malefemale.There is no linear correlation between the volume of the two side red nucleus with the age in male,there is negatively correlation between the volume of the two side red nucleus with the age in female.Conclusion The volume of the left red nucleus is larger than the right red nucleus in male and female,The volume of the male red nucleus is larger than the female red nucleus in the same side.There is not significantly changed with age in the volume of the red nucleus at the age of 21~60years old in male.Between the age of 20~60years old,the volume of red nucleus has a tendency of reduce as the female is getting older.
