摘要
本文介绍了高压变频器在某垃圾焚烧发电厂的余热锅炉引风机节能中的应用。采用高压变频器,实现了引风机电动机的软启动和调速节能。概述了垃圾焚烧发电的工艺流程,主要论述了风机变频调速节能的原理,提出了系统设计方案并着重描述了控制要求和操作功能、电气系统主回路设计和高压变频器与电厂APROL DCS系统的接口电路设计。最后分析了变频调速方案的优势和节能效果。
This paper introduces the application of the high-voltage frequency converter in the energy conservation for the heat recovery boiler induced-draft fan at a garbage incineration power plant. The soft start and speed regulation of the motor of the induced-draft fan are realized by adopting the high-voltage frequency converter. An overview of the technological process of garbage incineration power generation is fil,'st presented. Then, the author mainly discusses the energy-saving principle of frequency conversion speed control of the fan. Moreover: the system design is proposed, with the emphasis on the descriptions of the control requirements and operating functions, as well as the main circuit design of the electrical system and the interface circuit design between the high- voltage frequency converters and the APROL DCS of the power plant. Finally, the superiorities and energy-saving effects of the frequency conversion speed control scheme are analyzed,
