分级结构纳米氧化锡的制备及研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 综述了目前水热法制备分级结构纳米氧化锡(SnO_2)材料的形貌控制方法,阐述了制备过程中模板、添加剂、基底等对于分级结构氧化锡形貌控制的重要作用,在归纳、总结和比较的基础上指出了制备氧化锡纳米材料有发展潜力的可控方法,着重阐述了制备纳米氧化锡分级形貌的最新研究进展和掺杂对于其形貌和应用的影响,并展望了氧化锡形貌可控的应用前景. The current synthesized hydrothermal methods for hierarchical structure SnO2 nanomaterials were reviewed.The effects of templates,additives,and substrate on the morphology of hierarchical structure nanostructure tin oxide were discussed.These methods in synthesizing SnO2 were classified,analyzed and compared.The progress and doped contents in hierarchical structure SnO2 nanomaterials have been focused and the prospect of the morphology controllable application is outlooked.
