摘要
目的调查北京市延庆区基层二级医院护士对老年人的态度及其相关因素,为进一步加强基层护士老年护理方面的教育培训提供依据。方法抽取北京市延庆区3所二级医院共128名临床护理人员。使用老年人态度量表和老化知识量表进行老年态度及老化知识的评判。结果 128名护士中,有126名护士对老年人的态度居于正向欣赏,占98.44%;仅有2人态度为负向偏见,占1.56%。护士老年人相关知识量表总分为(13.38±2.58)分,49名护士处于低分组,占38.28%;79名护士处于高分组,占61.72%。基层医院老化知识得分高的护士组对老年人的态度得分要高于老化知识得分低的护士组(t=-3.141,P=0.002),说明老化知识得分相对较高组的护士对老年人的态度也更加正向和欣赏。结论二级医院护士对老年人的态度多是正向欣赏的,医院管理者应在此基础上继续鼓励、引导护士更积极地学习和掌握老年护理的相关知识和相关技能,特别要增加护士在老年人相关心理和社会层面的知识培训。
Objective To investigate nurses attitudes to the elderly in secondary level hospital in Yanqing District of Beijing, so as to provide references for training of geriatric nursing of the nurses. Methods A total of 128 nurses from three secondary level hospitals in Yanqing were surveyed with Kagan＇s Attitudes to- wards Old People （KAOP） and Facts on Aging Quiz （FAQ）. Results Of the 128 nurses, 126 cases （98.44%） take appreciation attitude to the elderly,only two （1.56%） had prejudice on the elderly. Score of ageing knowledge was （13.38 ±2.58） ,with 49 cases （38.28 % ） in low score team and 79 cases （61.72%） in high score team. Nurses in high score team had more positive and appreciate attitude on the elderly than they were in low score team （ t = - 3. 141, P = 0. 002）. Conclusion Nurses＇attitudes toward the elderly in secondary level hospital show more positive appreciation. Hospital managers should encourage and guide nurses to learn and master more related knowledge and skills of geriatric care to increase nurses＇knowledge in psychological and social aspects of the aged.
