摘要
柞蚕新品种以提高茧层率、抗性为主要育种指标,注重全茧量与孵化率等经济性状的相关性,采取大交大、优中选优、淘汰头尾留中间等选育措施。历经7年14代的杂交系统选育,育成了两个多丝量柞蚕新品种。品种DW(青黄系)千粒茧重11.57kg,全茧量12.06g,茧层率12.22%,虫蛹统一生命率95.87%;GH(黄系)千粒茧重11.52kg,全茧量11.95g,茧层率12.66%,虫蛹统一生命率90.37%。
The new tussah variety has been bred by selecting the large,high quality and midterm based on the indexes of high cocoon shell rate and high stress resistance.In the meantime,the whole cocoon weight,hatchability and other economic parameters were taken into consideration to breed the new variety.Two new tussah variety have been bred which went through 7years 14 generations.The selective breeding results of DW are as follows:the weight of 1000 cocoon is 11.57 kg,the whole cocoon weight is 12.06 g,the cocoon shell rate is 12.22%,the larval-pupal integrated survival rate is95.87%;The selective breeding results of GH are as follows:the weight of 1000 cocoons is 11.52 kg,the whole cocoon weight is 11.95 g,the cocoon shell rate is 12.66%,the larval-pupal integrated survival rate is 90.37%.
