摘要
在步枪自动射击精度优化中,为研究导气式步枪自动机射击时动态特性,分析自动机部件碰撞对步枪射击精度的影响。由于步枪射击中各部件的撞击,影响射击的准确性。提出运用UG、MATLAB和ADAMS多软件平台结合,在ADAMS中建立导气式步枪自动机的虚拟样机模型,进行了数值仿真分析,仿真数据和枪机试验数据比较相近,确定了模型仿真结果具有一定可信度。通过仿真结果研究了枪机框、枪机等部件的动力学特性,分析了自动机部件在后坐与复进过程对枪身的冲击碰撞和冲击碰撞对射击精度的影响,从而为优化自动机结构减小撞击提供了理论性参考,为提高射击精度提供了新的方向。
To study the launch dynamic characteristics of gas operated rifle automata,and analysis the effect of the collision of Automation components on the rifle firing accuracy.The modeling software UG was combined with MATLAB and ADAMS.At last,the virtual prototype model of gas operated rifle automata was built with ADAMS,and the numerical simulation analysis as carried out.The experimental data tally with simulation data,establish the credibility of the model simulation results.By the simulation result,study the effect of the collision of Automation components in the process of recoil and counter-recoil on the rifle firing accuracy by studying the dynamic characteristics of automatic mechanism.These not only can provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the automaton structure and reducing the impact,but also offer a new direction for improving the firing accuracy.
