摘要
随着经济发展逐渐进入新环境、新态势,高校人才培养的结构和质量还远远不能完全适应经济社会发展和产业升级的变化与要求,高校要积极推进转型发展,构建在教育教学与科学研究、理论与实践、校内与校外、教师教育指导与教育对象特点等方面深度融合的应用型人才培养体系。
The economy has gone into the new environment and situation,but the structure and talent cultivation quality cannot adapt itself to the changes,and can hardly satisfy the requirements of economic and social development. Therefore,higher education institutions need to promote their own development and transformation,and construct the applied talent cultivation system,which integrates educational teaching with science,theory with practice,inside school with outside school,and teacher＇s instruction with the characteristics of educational objects.
