摘要
针对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的电堆温度控制系统,提出一种基于扩张状态观测器的PEMFC电堆温度控制器设计方法。首先建立PEMFC的电堆温度模型,并对模型进行非线性变换。根据变换后的模型设计扩张状态观测器,利用扩张状态观测器得到电堆温度的动态过程,并将得到的动态过程信息补偿到控制器中。所设计的控制器不需精确的PEMFC内部传热过程,是一种不基于模型的控制器设计方法,且算法简单,工程实用性强。仿真结果表明所提出的控制方法适合PEMFC电堆温度控制系统的设计,并具有较好的控制效果。
In order to realize a better control for the PEM fuel cell stack temperature system, a design of PEMFC stack temperature controller based on extended state observer(ESO) was proposed. The model of PEMFC stack temperature was built and transformed to nonlinear model later. Based on this nonlinear model, the ESO was designed and the dynamic process of stack temperature was obtained. The information of dynamic process would be compensated to the controller further. The PEMFC stack temperature controller did not require accurate internal heat transfer processes of PEMFC. Basically, it was an approach of controller design, but not a modeling. This approach is practical due to its simplicity of calculation. Simulation results show this control approach is suitable for the design of PEMFC stack temperature control system, and the controller designed by this approach is effective.
